Caspar Classic 2026!

This year's Caspar Classic will run on Sunday, September 6th. The race course is
pretty much the same as last year and will start and finish at the Caspar Scales. You can register on the club's website Caspar Classic Registration  You can see more photos and information at the Caspar Classic MTB Race Facebook page. If you would like to volunteer, or need more information, contact Myke Berna. Fees are $80 adults and $60 Kids.  Register early! Save $10 by registering before midnight August 2nd!

Absolutely no changes to your laps to race once race starts! If you choose to do one lap instead of two, or two instead of the one you signed up for, you will not be counted in the final tally.

Route 2026

The race start is at the Caspar Scales. The start will send you up Road 500 to the Cypress Trail crossing where you will turn left onto the trail. Ride Cypress to the short road section taking you to TV trail. TV trail all the way to back to Road 500 at the bottom of Ride-Thru Tree trail, but instead of trail, climb Road 500 to the top of Ride-Thru. Take a right onto Ride-Thru and enjoy the quick ride back down to 500. Make a left onto Rd 520 and another left to climb Eucalyptus. At the top of Eucalyptus turn right onto North Weir. Bomb down North Weir, being careful on the loose gravel and off-kilter water bars all the way to the bottom. Make a right when you hit the road and ride the gate at the large intersection. Take the middle road to the left that will take you to Lindquist Loop. Up Lindquist to the top of Caspar Crossing (formerly EZ-Out). Another narrow downhill rip, cross the creek and make a left at the road for the final climb to the finish or for your second lap. The second lap will dip you in to the historic Caspar Classic starting short section of single track to get back to Cypress to do it all over again.
